How the habit works.
You don't have to.
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
One run, step by step.
Then it stops.
Stops after the day's meetings, at most 10 per meeting get call and 2 retries per failed call.

Yes, the skill covers create, update and cancel, but this loop only reads meetings and notes.
What about recurring meetings?
The skill cannot update or cancel them. For transcripts it needs the sub_meeting_id.
What if a meeting has no notes and no transcript?
It tells you so and does not make anything up.
