The skill
Reviews a code change and writes notes on the exact lines.
Only when you ask.
Fewer bugs
Every code change gets a checked review. Fewer bugs reach your users.
↻ Runs by itselfon every new code change
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
One pull request per run, at most two validator retries.
The agent looks for a review-pr-local companion skill and applies it if found.
It reads pr_diff.txt, pr_description.txt and spec_context.md when present.
It applies security-review-pr and check-impl-against-spec when the repository provides them.
It checks every changed comment and test one by one against repository conventions.
Findings get CRITICAL, IMPORTANT, SUGGESTION or NIT labels and exact diff lines.
It runs validate_review_json.py and fixes review.json until it passes.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Review PR skill helps.
No. It only writes review.json; the workflow publishes it. gh pr review and gh api are off limits.
Only with a concrete suggestion block that replaces exactly the commented lines.
Copy the prompt at the top into your agent. It installs the skill from warpdotdev/common-skills and sets up the habit. Or run npx skills add warpdotdev/common-skills --skill review-pr.
Yes. It is published under MIT. Habit is free too.
