It starts by itself

patrol report written. If a check fails, it tells you.

patrol log. The next run reads it first: items flagged yesterday and whether they were handled.

    Find open questions

    Use get_self_answer_topics with unanswered and filter to the group.

    Draft replies

    Draft replies for unreplied comments without posting them.

    Write the report

    Write the patrol report and log the items.
