Indexion SDD

The skill
Indexion sdd drafts spec-driven development requirements from RFCs and standards, then measures how well the implementation conforms with spec align and spec verify, including CI drift gates and a codex or claude validation loop.
Only when you ask.
The habit
Implementation stays aligned with the spec.

When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after one gate run per pull request, with no retries.
Run indexion --version and indexion kgf edges on a source file to confirm the gate can run.
Run indexion spec verify and indexion spec align diff with --threshold 0.3 and save them to .indexion/sdd-reports/.
Run indexion spec align status with --fail-on any against src/.
Run the end-to-end tests on real input, since vocabulary alignment cannot prove the code works.
On failure, run spec align suggest and post the DRIFTED, SPEC_ONLY and SHALLOW items to the PR summary.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Indexion SDD skill helps.
The skill says the default 0.6 is too high for short acceptance criteria matched against code and doc comments.
A requirement matched only type definitions in a file with no non-trivial functions; add logic to the same file.
No. It checks vocabulary only, which is why E2E tests on real input are part of the check.
