Stops after ten SKILL.md files per run.
Collect every SKILL.md touched by the push.
Each SKILL.md must stay under 200 lines.
The YAML block needs both name and description.
Links must point to files that exist in references/, scripts/ or assets/.
For files over the limit, propose which sections move into references/.
Line counts and open issues go into the run log.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Create Skill skill helps.
The skill treats it as the limit for the SKILL.md body. Longer detail belongs in references/ files that load only when needed.
