The skill
The resume tailor skill adapts your master resume to one job posting: it rewrites the summary, reorders skills and bullets and adds keywords without inventing anything.
Only when you ask.
The habit
A truthful resume per posting.

When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
One job posting per run; one retry if the checklist fails, then stop.
Run the job-description-analyzer skill first to get required skills, keywords and priorities.
Go through each section of the master resume and judge how well it fits this role.
Reshape the professional summary so it mirrors the main needs of the posting.
Move the most relevant skills, jobs and bullets to the top and weave keywords in truthfully.
Produce the tailored resume changes report with before and after for each section.
Check the quick tailoring checklist, including truthful claims and ATS formatting, then log the version.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Resume Tailor skill helps.
No. The skill only reorders and rephrases true experience and never changes numbers.
Yes. It expects the job description analyzer to run before tailoring.
No. It writes the tailored changes locally and you submit them yourself.
