The skill
Auto Create PR (the om-auto-create-pr skill) runs a free-form task end to end: a Progress-tracked plan, phase-by-phase commits in an isolated worktree, a validation gate, a review pass and a labelled PR.
Only when you ask.

When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after one task per run; it stops if the gate or review cannot pass.
Your agent confirms no other run owns the slot, or hands off to the resume skill on re-entry.
It captures the goal, affected areas and scope, and reads only operator-passed skill URLs.
It reads the repo's agent instructions and reduces the brief to a goal, scope and explicit non-goals.
It writes a lightweight plan with phases, steps and the exact Progress section, routing long plans to the loop engine.
It creates an isolated worktree, commits the plan and opens a draft PR for visibility.
It implements phase by phase with tests, ticking Progress and pushing after each phase.
It runs the validation gate, the review pass, normalizes labels and flips the PR ready at completion.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Auto Create PR skill helps.
No. The execution plan lands as the first commit before any code, so a crash leaves a resumable plan on the remote.
A plan over the configured step threshold hands off to om-auto-create-pr-loop before anything is committed.
Copy the prompt at the top into your agent. It installs the skill from open-mercato/skills and sets up the habit. Or run npx skills add open-mercato/skills --skill om-auto-create-pr.
