Bailian Managed Agent
by modelstudioai · 9K installs
The skill
The bailian managed agent skill lets an agent manage hosted agents on Alibaba Cloud Bailian as code with bl managed-agent: init, validate, plan, apply and destroy from agents.yaml, plus sessions, files and memory stores.
Only when you ask.
The habit
Agent infra changes stay reviewed.

When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after one agents.yaml change and one apply per run.
The agent reads the shared bailian-protocol file for the high-risk confirmation rules.
It runs bl managed-agent validate, which works offline.
It runs bl managed-agent plan and shows you the pending diff.
It asks for explicit confirmation and stops if you decline or do not answer.
After your yes it runs bl managed-agent apply --yes.
It writes the plan and the apply result to the log.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Bailian Managed Agent skill helps.
state rm only edits the local state file; destroy deletes the remote resource.
Only with destroy, and only after a separate explicit confirmation.
Copy the prompt at the top into your agent. It installs the skill from modelstudioai/cli and sets up the habit. Or run npx skills add modelstudioai/cli --skill bailian-managed-agent.
Yes. It is published under Apache-2.0. Habit is free too.
