Grill With Docs

The skill
Asks you hard questions about a plan and writes down the answers.
Only when you ask.
Better plans
Your project's decisions pile up in writing. Less re-explaining later.
↻ Runs by itselfwhen you start a plan
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after one plan per run.
You call grill with docs on a plan or design.
Your agent reads past runs so it does not ask settled questions again.
It calls the grilling skill and interviews you hard about the plan.
It calls the domain modeling skill to record ADRs and glossary terms during the talk.
The diff must show at least one ADR or glossary change, otherwise you get a note.
It writes the plan and the docs it touched to the run log.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Grill With Docs skill helps.
It calls two others: grilling and domain modeling. Install both.
Architecture decision records (ADRs) and glossary entries, made by the domain modeling skill.
Copy the prompt at the top into your agent. It installs the skill from mattpocock/skills and sets up the habit. Or run npx skills add mattpocock/skills --skill grill-with-docs.
