The skill
The football data skill gives agents and fans football (soccer) standings, schedules, match stats, xG, transfers, player profiles, head-to-head, Elo strength and forecasts across major leagues, with no API keys.
Only when you ask.
The habit
Weekly match reports for your teams.
↻ Runs by itselfMonday after matchday
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after 5 teams per run.
Get season IDs with get_current_season and team IDs with search_team.
Use get_team_schedule to find closed events since the last run.
Call get_event_summary, get_event_statistics and get_event_timeline, plus get_event_xg for top-5 leagues.
Add get_head_to_head, get_team_strength and get_match_forecast where covered.
Write the report and skip any piece a source does not cover.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Football Data skill helps.
No. Data updates after the match; there is no live score command.
get_event_xg covers only EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1.
