The skill
Checks your work step by step before you ship it.
Only when you ask.
Ship safely
Fewer bugs reach your users. Every change passes the same checks.
↻ Runs by itselfwhen a task is done on a branch
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops at the first outcome, with at most one fresh run after a failure.
Your agent inspects git status and commits only the task's changes on a feature branch.
It runs no-mistakes axi to see active runs and next steps.
It runs no-mistakes axi run --intent with the full user goal and decisions.
It responds with --action fix for auto-fix findings and approve for no-op ones.
It relays each ask-user finding to you verbatim and responds with your decision.
On checks-passed it hands you the PR; on failed it follows branch_sync and reruns.
It lists what was validated and each fix the pipeline made.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the no-mistakes skill helps.
No. At checks-passed it asks you to review and merge.
No. Abort and rerun are only for between runs, never to bypass a gate.
Copy the prompt at the top into your agent. It installs the skill from kunchenguid/no-mistakes and sets up the habit. Or run npx skills add kunchenguid/no-mistakes --skill no-mistakes.
