When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after reviewing at most 10 changed files per pull request.
The agent reads which baseline rules were broken most often.
It lists changed component and style files.
It runs /baseline-ui <file> on each one.
It checks stack, components, interaction, animation, typography, layout, performance and design rules.
For each violation it gives the quoted line, a short reason and a code-level fix.
It adds the broken rules to the run log.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Baseline UI skill helps.

Copy the prompt at the top into your agent. It installs the skill from ibelick/ui-skills and sets up the habit. Or run npx skills add ibelick/ui-skills --skill baseline-ui.
