The skill
Helps your agent read GitHub issues and code changes.
Only when you ask.
Time saved
A short daily list of what is new on GitHub. Nothing slips by, and you save time.
↻ Runs by itselfevery weekday morning
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after one digest per run, with at most 100 items per list.
Run gh auth status --json and ask you to log in again if the refresh expired.
Run gh issue list with --json, --search and -L for issues opened since the last run.
Run gh search prs with bare qualifiers like is:open for PRs waiting for review.
Read blockedBy and subIssues fields and compare node counts with totalCount.
List only what changed since yesterday and log the numbers.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the gh skill helps.
Pass each qualifier as its own bare token instead of one quoted string.
Use --app dependabot, since bots author as GitHub Apps.
No. It only reads; gh pr diff and gh pr view read without switching branches.
